What is Remote Healing?
Remote Healing, also known as Distance Healing, is a technique used when the Client is located further away. Quantum physics confirms that energy is not limited by space or time, and flows through everything. This interconnection allows Jan to tune in energetically while being miles apart from her clients. Time and space are constructs and because of this, when participating in a remote healing session, energy is sent and so immediately transmitted directly to Jan's client. The most important factor is for the client to intend to receive the healing energy.
What is Remote Healing used for?
Distance healing is a very effective form of Energy Healing. We are not just a physical body, but also energy, frequency, and vibration. Energy Healing, either remote/distance, zoom, or in person will remove blocks and help increase physical, emotional, and mental health. Energy transcends time and space. The key to getting the most out of an Energy Healing is to be willing to receive the energy.

How to prepare your space for a Remote Healing Session:
For a distance healing, clients have the option to first connect with Jan by videoconference or phone, and to discuss concerns and issues that need support. You will need a good internet connection, and a phone or computer with a camera and microphone if you would like to connect with video. For the energy work, you will need a place to lie down in comfort, where you won't be disturbed.
- You must first find a quiet space without distractions.
- Use a laptop with a camera and audio being sure that it is fully charged and plugged in with a strong internet connection
- Be seated in a comfortable chair, using pillows if that will help you to achieve deeper comfort
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Be hydrated
- Avoid recreational drugs or alcohol
- Avoid potentials for distraction - no pets, cell phones are turned off, children will not interrupt the session, etc.
- Sessions typically last for 1 to 1.5 hours
- Allow yourself time to assimilate to your healing
- Notice changes within your body
- Continue to hydrate
